Download our free, open source software on your own computer, only inputting your recovery phrase after disconnecting from the internet. You don’t need to share your recovery phrase with anyone, and your phrase is never exposed to the internet so there is no way for it to to become compromised. While we can answer basic questions via e-mail, consider this a mostly do-it-yourself option for people familiar with downloading source code, editing configuration files, and running console programs. - Guided DIY Recovery
We can walk you through the steps of setting up our software on your own computer and configuring all the necessary settings except for your recovery phrase and password. We’ll never ask you for your recovery phrase, password, or any other personal information. After showing you exactly how to get everything set up, you’ll disconnect your computer from the internet before you enter your recovery phrase, so there is no chance of your phrase being exposed to the internet.
The cost of this option is $100 for up to one hour total of setup assistance and follow-up support, paid at the start of the session. While we’ll do our best to assist you, a successful recovery is not guaranteed and this fee is non-refundable even if you are unable to recover your assets.
